    The state of Washington provides a selection of casino and wagering opportunities.     Twenty-four of Washington state’s 27 native casinos also offer a computerized form of scratch off lotto tickets. These coin-operated machines have a 5 dollar cap and operate using cards purchased at the casino, as opposed to cash. The minimum pay out on these machines is by law 75%, set by the state. Washington casinos are required to announce pay outs on slots.

    Washington casinos range from small freestanding operations to large get-a-ways with hotels, restaurants, beauty shops, and entertainment. Some of the Washington casinos with resorts could make a good home base for a longer visit, allowing you to feel the natural beauty of Washington and make day outings into large urban areas for sightseeing. Las Vegas style displays and entertainment are available at some Washington casinos.

    Washington’s gambling restrictions allow for a fair amount of allowance with regards to allowed wagering in Washington casinos, as well as allowing for humanitarian wagering. Internet gaming, however, is illegal in Washington and is a class C felony. Web horse wagering is acceptable in some conditions. Free or play money web gaming is still legal. Washington casinos didn’t speak up on the new laws, even though they beyond question stand to benefit from them.
